The Saibaa restaurant is known for its maharashtrian delicacies in India & Dubai.They now plan to move to contemporary fine dining with the opening of this new & fresh venture.The intention being targeting global audience,providing culinary delights in sea food;but not limiting to it.

Starting with a fresh approach;we intend to provide a rich,unique outlook that attracts people of all cultures & from various strata of society .We also feel the restaurant must have subtle hints of our Indian origin manifesting in the form of jaalis,panels & motifs.The maintenance & functional aspects of a fine dining restaurant are also thought of in the layout ,colour scheme,materials & textures.

The materials are thought such that they render warmness as well as a lively feel to the environment.An orange texture paint is used combined with powder blue,warm wood,& dark grey furniture.Circular hanging lights in ss finish combined with planters gives a fresh look to the space.Abstract art is proposed with an indian touch
